General Shipping and Delivery

Strapsicle is based in Sydney, Australia and we ship worldwide.

Most of the orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. If you place your order over the weekend or public holiday, it will be sent out the following business days.

Please allow for additional dispatch time during busy periods such as sale periods.

We are not responsible for orders lost in transit or for any additional fees such as customs, tax, etc.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 -3 business days of purchase. If your order is received after 5pm Friday, it will be shipped on Monday.

We use Australia Post and Sendle.

Return and Refund Policy

Please make your selection thoughtfully. We offer 30 day returns but all shipping costs are at the buyers expense if there has been a mistake made in size selection during the order process. If our product is faulty, we will provide a replacement, no need to send back. We will need to see photos of damage.

To return your item, you will need to post it back to: U2, 106 Warners Ave, Bondi Beach, Sydney, NSW 2026, Australia.

Once item is received and inspected, we will issue an invoice for postage costs, to send the correct size to you.

We do not offer refunds for reasons such as a change of preference, including unwanted gifts or incorrect choices.

Our customer care team is here to assist with any questions or inquiries you may have.

If you made a mistake in your order, please send us an email right away with the subject line 'CHANGE' or 'CANCEL,' within 2 hours, and we will accommodate your request. If more than 2 hours have elapsed since your order was placed, you will need to follow our standard refund procedure. 

Since we strive to dispatch your orders as promptly as possible, there might be instances where an order is processed before we can make changes. We cannot guarantee modifications to your order once it's been placed, so please choose your items with care.

How do I keep my straps clean?

Easily wipe the straps down with a damp cloth to get rid of any dust, pet hair, or other residue.

Will the straps leave marks on my Kindle?

In some rare cases, we have seen instances where a faint mark is left on a Kindle from prolonged use of the straps. To remove this, you will need some rubbing alcohol and a cloth to rub over the back of your Kindle.

Do Strapsicle straps stretch over time?

Our straps are very durable and are designed for the perfect fit for your Kindle. Because they are made of silicone, over time they might become a little loose.

PRE-ORDER

When a product is labeled as "PRE-ORDER" in the title, it means it's not available right now, and it will be sent to you once it's back in stock. Usually, restocking takes about 15-30 days.

All stock ordered with a pre-order product, will be shipped once the pre-order is available.

If you require an item by a specific date, we recommend emailing us prior to purchasing. Items that are placed with pre-order items will be sent together once the pre-order arrives.
