What size should I buy?

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel orders only if they haven’t been processed or dispatched, so if you need to cancel, contact us ASAP! Once an order is on its way, we can’t cancel it—but don’t worry, we do offer 30-day returns if you change your mind. Just note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What is the returns and refunds policy?

Returns & Refunds

We offer 30-day returns, so if you change your mind, no problem! Just make sure you’ve picked the right size before ordering - if you're unsure, reach out and we’ll help. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll send a replacement - no need to return it. Just send us photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

How Do I Put The Straps On?

How do I keep my straps clean?

Simply wipe them down with a damp cloth to remove dust, pet hair, or any sticky fingers - quick and easy!

Will the straps leave marks on my Kindle?

Our straps (and clutches) are coated in a special anti-dust oil that helps keep them clean and gives them that lovely texture. It’s completely non-toxic. In some rare instances, it may leave a faint residue. To clean it off, just grab a bowl of water with a few drops of dishwashing soap and a micro-cloth. Dip the cloth into the water and give your case a vigorous rub and it should come right off!

Do Strapsicle Straps Stretch Over Time?

Our straps are made from durable silicone and designed to fit snugly on your e-reader. While they hold their shape well, they may loosen slightly with extended use—but they'll still keep your device secure and comfortable to hold!

Noticing a little extra stretch? It might just be the perfect excuse to grab a fresh new color!

Can I pre-order out of stock colours?

If a product is labeled "PRE-ORDER," it means it's currently out of stock but will be shipped as soon as it’s restocked.

All items in your order, including in-stock products, will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available. If you need something by a specific date, we recommend contacting us before purchasing.

Pre-orders typically include an estimated restock date, and StrapCircle VIPs get first priority—another great reason to join!
