Most of the orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. If you place your order over the weekend or public holiday, it will be sent out the following business days.

Return and Refund Policy

Faulty Items/ Warranty

If your product is noticeably damaged when it arrives, please contact hello@strapsicle.com right away to get a replacement and complete the required paperwork. Keep in mind that regular wear and tear is not considered a product problem.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returns

Please make your selection thoughtfully. We offer 30 day returns but all shipping costs are at the buyers expense if there has been a mistake made in size selection during the order process. All returns must be in original packaging, and product should not have any damage.  

If our product is faulty, we will provide a replacement, no need to send back. We will need to see photos of damage.

To return your product, please email hello@strapsicle.com with the reason why you need to return it. You'll then receive instructions on returning your product to our fulfillment house, MAE Fulfillment, PO Box 688, Templestowe VIC 3106, Australia.

Once item is received and inspected, we will issue an invoice for postage costs, to send the correct size to you.

Our customer care team is here to assist with any questions or inquiries you may have.

Since we strive to dispatch your orders as promptly as possible, there might be instances where an order is processed before we can make changes. We cannot guarantee modifications to your order once it’s been placed, so please choose your items with care.


Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

What Kindles does Strapsicle work for?

Selecting the right straps for your e-reader

To find your Kindle model - 

  • Go into your Kindle’s Settings menu. 
  • Navigate to Device Options. 
  • Tap the Device Info option.  
  • The very first item on the list should be your device’s model.

Below sizing is based on using the straps without a clear case. 

if you are using the straps with a Strapsicle clear case, size up. The straps work great with our thin clear backing case, but they don’t fit with flip covers.

How do I keep my straps clean?

Easily wipe the straps down with a damp cloth to get rid of any dust, pet hair, or other residue.

Will the straps leave marks on my Kindle?

In some rare cases, we have seen instances where a faint mark is left on a Kindle from prolonged use of the straps. To remove this, you will need some rubbing alcohol and a cloth to rub over the back of your Kindle.

Do Strapsicle straps stretch over time?

Our straps are very durable and are designed for the perfect fit for your Kindle. Because they are made of silicone, over time they might become a little loose.

PRE-ORDER

When a product is labeled as "PRE-ORDER" in the title, it means it's not available right now, and it will be sent to you once it's back in stock. Usually, restocking takes about 15-30 days.

All stock ordered with a pre-order product, will be shipped once the pre-order is available.

If you require an item by a specific date, we recommend emailing us prior to purchasing. Items that are placed with pre-order items will be sent together once the pre-order arrives.
