With Shipping protection, you’re covered if something happens to your package during transit.

We’ve got you covered for:

  • Loss: If your package goes missing in transit.
  • Damage: If your items arrive damaged.
  • Theft: If your package is stolen after delivery.

How It Works:

  1. Tick the “Shipping Protection” box at checkout.
  2. If there’s an issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  3. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund—simple as that!

Note: Coverage is valid only for the order you purchased it with and applies to purchases under $300 AUD. Contact us for options on larger orders.

Sizing Information

To find your Kindle model - 

  • Go into your Kindle’s Settings menu. 
  • Navigate to Device Options. 
  • Tap the Device Info option.  
  • The very first item on the list should be your device’s model.

Strapsicle was born in Sydney, Australia, but we ship worldwide from three locations across Australia, Asia, and the USA.

In some areas, express shipping is available at checkout. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent out the next business day, and during busy periods such as sales or new product launches, dispatch may take a little longer.

Returns

For change of mind, or errors in orders, we have a 30 day returns policy.  Simply contact us we’ll send you instructions to return the items.

We will replace or refund any faulty items, please ensure you take pictures to share with us.
